Box Breathing Technique
Description
This short video will demonstrate how to perform box breathing. A technique used to calm the body and relax the mind.
The method:
Inhale through the nose for 4 seconds.
Hold the breath for 4 seconds.
Exhale through the mouth for 4 seconds.
Hold for 4 seconds.
Repeat as many times as needed until you feel relaxed.
