Boneless Chicken Handi
Ingredients:
1. Flour – 1 ½ cup
2. Baking Powder – 2 Teaspoon (Sieve 1 time)
3. Sugar Powder – 1 cup
4. Eggs - 4 No.
5- Oil - 1 cup
6. Milk - 2 Tablespoon
7- Cocoa Powder - 1 Tablespoon
8. Vanilla Essence - 1 Teaspoon
Preparation Details:
Take a medium bowl and add powder sugar, oil and whisk it for two(2) minutes or till it mix well and while beating add eggs one by one and vanilla essence, till it form a good batter with good consistency, after that we have to mix separately flour and baking powder and add them slowly in the batter and mix it with hand whisk.
Take separate bowl and add milk, cocoa powder and one cup of prepare batter and mix it well, make sure there is no lumps left.
Grease the tray with oil and in the centre add first some vanilla batter then some cocoa batter and repeat the same process till it finish.
Take a stick and make a design on the batter in your way. Preheat your oven at 180 C and bake it for 25 to 30 minutes. Let your cake cool for 10 minutes and enjoy Your ZEBRA CAKE, ready to serve.
