Blueberry Mousse... Where beautiful colours and simple flavours come together to make this incredibly delicious mousse that makes a perfect dessert. You can't go wrong with berries AND you can serve this right away!

Light as a feather, gently sweet and berry berry fresh, I love the way the light hits the dessert. Trying to find my feet in my new kitchen and it's quite challenging but we're getting there! 

This blueberry mousse came together quite simply - whipping cream and a blueberry compote sweetened just right is all you need. You can either use a whipping cream dispenser that gives you whipped cream the old fashioned way, also the quintessential Starbucks way OR, whip the cream separately and fold in a blueberry sauce. Either which way, this mousse is delicious!
