Bisi Bele Bath by Telugu Vari Vanta.
INGREDIENTS
Rice - 2 cups(or) 100 grams
Red Gram - 1 cup(or) 50 grams
Onions - 3
Tomato - 4
Potato - 4
Mixed Vegetable - 1 cup
Tamarind - Lemon size
Oil - 3 tsp
Butter- 2 tsp
Coriander - 1 cup
Salt as per taste
Tempering
Mustard seeds ½ tsp
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Urid dal 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida or hing ¼ tsp
Red Chilles - 2
Curry Leaves -- Few
Bisi Bele Bath Powder or (Ready made powder You may take 5 tsps)
Black Gram- 1 tsp
Bengal Gram - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Pepper - 1/2
Whole Gram masala - 1 tsp
Red Chilles - 5 to 6
