Bijoy Philip - The dawn
3 Views • Nov 07, 2014
Description
They came after she had her bath.
They cut her still wet hair and gave her a black gown and led her silently through the grounds until she reached a square with a few people around.
They made her lie on the wooden platform.
Face down her head resting on a metal portion.
She heard something hurling down.
A click and someone else heard a crunch.
They rolled her body off into a wooden box.
And just her head remained as if gazing at the breaking dawn
