This young guy (he just turned 20) was broke when he decided to come to the previous event in San Diego, in September, 2012. He had $700 to his name. He drove down from Canada. He could not afford to pay for a hotel so he slept in his car and showered with the homeless people on the beach. What he saw and experienced there has completely changed his life. He got really motivated, went home and started applying his freshly acquired knowledge. Only a couple of months later now he is living in Thailand - a dream come true - and making some real money with his computer.
