-Before you follow the step-by-step process make sure you have at least 1 room of activation space for your account. If you aren't sure visit http://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/‎ and click on the "ACCOUNT" tab at the top then select "Media and Devices" on the tab near the left side of the page. Hover your mouse cursor over the arrow near "GAME" and left click it when it turns blue. You should have deactivated ALL your ps3 devices off your account, now you are ready to continue.
