A lot of people think that fitness and health is reserved for the young, yet this is false. Being in shape can be performed at all ages, and it is certainly ideal. Just because you aren't in shape right now doesn't suggest you don't have way to become so in a very modest period of time. If you want to know what is required to remain in condition throughout your lifetime.
It doesn't matter what age you happen to be, it's best that you get as a minimum a half hour of activity every day. More is much better, obviously, however anything is without a doubt better than nothing. It makes no difference specifically what the physical activity you prefer to benefit from to get your workout in, just that you perform it on a regular basis.
