Beijing Travel

If you travel to Beijing this video shows some of the scenes you will see. Some tourist attractions included in the video are Bei Hai park located a few miles from the Forbidden City. Long Tan park which translates to Dragon Park.

Both parks have a large lake in them. Long Tan park also has boats for hire. Other scenes a Beijing traveller may see include the Drum Tower which is to the north of the Forbidden City. There are also scenes showing a typical Beijing street and also some Hutong scenes.

The Beijing International Airport is also shown. A traveller going to Beijing on a flight is going to be passing through the airport. Compared to the old Beijing airport the new airport is like night and day.

Hopefully after viewing the Beijing scenes you will have the incentive to travel to Beijing for yourself. Beijing has many world standard Hotels. My favourite Beijing Hotel is named just that. It is right next to the Forbidden City in the heart of Beijing and gives great views. If you have a tight budget when travelling to Beijing you can find many cheap hotels. The same applies to food. You can spend a lot of money if you go to a Beijing restaurant aimed at catering to westerners or you can save a heap by eating where the locals dine out.
