Here we will be making beef tikia kebab using leftover cooked beef. Boil buter daal (same amount as the meat) and add all the spices of the meat. Then mash them together. Add chopped onions, chopped green chili, chopped mint leaves, 1 egg and mix them together. Before mixing apply small amount of mustard oil onto your hand. After that make the shape of a kabab from the mixture and fry them in deep oil.

Tip: If you want to store kababs for later then add friend chopped onions instead of chopped onions.
