Beautiful blue and yellow macaw

Macaw is extraordinarily beautiful and smart parrot. He lives a long time, 50-80 years, so we can say that it is chosen for the whole life. Homeland of macaw is wet and dry forests of South America. It is believed that he has no sense of smell, so to avoid predators macaw spends the night on a high branch. The color of the plumage of these birds is blue-yellow, green, and red. They eat mostly fruit, seeds, palm nuts and even cacti. Under natural conditions, macaw mostly nests in tree hollows. The name of this macaw is Richard. He is very nice and friendly, but sometimes can bite.
