Battlefield pream pass wont work

Why cant i use my prem pass when i have already payed for it and this has happened beforthis about the 5th time that i cant use it. I have payed for a service that i can not use and it makes us customers very upset whit EA and sony when they can not deliver a product that we pay forout of are hard earned money i want my content back that i have paid for and pls if this has happened to you or anyone you know pls msg me and make a video so there is prof thank you
