LCJ Capteurs manufactures ultra sonic wind sensors since 1999. The product line includes now the first-of-its-kind NMEA 2000 BaroPlug barometric sensor that was awarded at the prestigious METS trade show in Amsterdam in November 2014 with a special mention of the jury. When plugged directly into an NMEA 2000 backbone, this inexpensive and compact barometer immediately transmits atmospheric pressure data to be read on any compatible display and chartplotter.
