Bari Behen

Based on the affection of an elder sister to her younger sister, Bari Behen is a movie which was released in the year 1949. Suraiya is playing the lead role as Shyama and her younger sister is Geeta Bali as Kiran. Shyama works as servant to pay for her sister's education but Kiran falls in love with Ajit (Pran) who ditches her while she is pregnant. Shyama falls in love with the owner's son Shyam but leaves him hearing of her sister. Shyama and Kiran moves to another place and Shyama shows that Kiran baby is hers which hurts Shyam as he thinks that Shyama is being unfaithful to him. Afterwards, he gets to know about the reality and everything is changed.
