Barbara A. McCormick - SOUL
1 Views • Nov 07, 2014
Description
We can see the motion of a vision set free,
To such unique concept refined,
The soul surrenders deeply
We are all prisoners to the heart and mind
Surging through emotions potent enough to blind
For the moment we capture impulsive insight
As we slip away from pressures confined,
Aware of thoughts colliding, colors day or night
Timeless the conscious who is lost in flight
We acknowledge death as the ruler of every human fate,
Still mental insanity to everyone at one point remains a fight
The strength of the mind has the power to isolate,
In a place where the spirit of moods and emotions initiate
Causing the flow of imagination
While our souls thrive on what we create.
