A unique and compelling story of a community based civil rights organization in the city of Buffalo, New York which stood at the forefront of various civil rights issues ranging from poor quality education and police brutality to affirmative action and cultural awareness. This series chronicles the history of The B.U.I.L.D. Organization through it's origins in the 1960's to its demise in the early 1980's as well as it's resurrection in the 1990's and 2000's.
