An exercise habit that you truly love and look forward to takes for many of us years develop. We develop an „i can do it" mentality, we begin something new, constantly pushing and forcing ourselves and then drop out on a regular basis. You might even have fallen victim to believing that working out 5 days a week is a must or that you're not healthy unless being ripped.
You don't need to get ripped to be healthy, you do not need to go the gym every day, unless you want to and you don't need to push yourself to the point of exhaustion unless competitiveness is your thing.
The basic premise is that exercise is your responsibility and along with positive thinking and nutrition, a necessary component of your well-being and happiness.
So get ready to develop your exercise habit and start falling in love with exercise.
