AUDITOR GENERAL RESPONDS
Description
At the weekend, the Auditor General, Jaiwantie Ramdass took issue with statements made in Parliament by the Government, about her preparing the national audit report for 2023.
The Government sought and received approval from the House to extend the period for her submission of the said report. Her attorneys, Freedom Law Chambers sent a letter to both the Finance Minister and the Attorney General.
