Assessing RF Radiation and Ensuring Protection

Parents and other family care givers need to carry out field measurement of radio frequency if they are concerned about the ill effects that such radiation can cause to people under their care. There are a number of associations that can make independent assessment of of the danger. Such personnel will be aware of the area of RF measurement and also need to be technically competent to understand the health guides issued by the concerned health authorities. They must be able to interpret the measurements and suggest safety and other remedial measures where such exposure is considered over the acceptable norm, and most safety standards are linked to these frequencies. There are studies which have suggested that the occurrence of cancer increases when there is constant exposure to such frequencies.
