Hey guys! Ive had this idea for a while since I made my I help you after you fall down video (which was one of my first videos). So this is a new twist on that idea with some new triggers. :)\r

What is ASMR? Autonomous sensory meridian response, ASMR, is a euphoric experience charerized by a static-like or tingling sensation (tingles) on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine, precipitating relaxation. ASMR is induced through certain sounds and visual stimuli (called ASMR triggers). These ASMR triggers can be: whispering, soft spoken voice, crinkles, tapping, personal attention, role play, scratching, sounds made in a gentle or quiet manner, tasks done slowly or deliberately, typing, page turning, etc.\r
