ASMR - Personal Attention

Hey guys! I feel like it has been aaages since I uploaded. I took a week off for the holidays, but now I am back and ready to share more videos with all of you.

Plus...exciting news...I finally have a real mic! I am so excited about it, but I'll be honest -- I'm still learning how to use it and how to minimize background noise. So if you have any tips/requests please let me know in the comments section!

In this video, I talk/ramble a bit about what inspires me...positive affirmations, comforting thoughts, inspiring quotes, etc. I hope that you enjoy! It's a bit all over the place, but it's from my heart.

ASMR has helped me become more a more productive and peaceful person. Oftentimes I will just listen to ASMR while I work. Anxiety has been a struggle for me in years past, and I find that ASMR has really helped me push through. However, I believe in the importance of registered counselors and therapists as well. If you are struggling with anxiety or depression, please reach out to someone who can help you. For now, Ieave you with this video and this verse, which has helped me in times of stress and strain.
