Hello all! This was supposed to be the 200K celebration video, but I ended up doing something else. I decided to go ahead and post this too :) I dont know anything about relaxation techniques. I dont know anything about meditation or the correct way to breathe or anything medically correct about relaxation. But I do have something that isnt on Google or in a book. My own experience!!!
