This exercise can help you to improve and strengthen the muscles of the hip.
How to perform exercise:
First bend your Knees and bend together and bring them in forward direction while bending your back, see your lower spine should lie on the floor and slowly move them in a circle.
After Doing for a 6-10 circles, Switch the direction and slowly come back to your original positi
