Arrogant royal buffoon. It is increasingly difficult to see how the Duke of York can continue to act as an official envoy of the British Government. Prince Andrew has spent nearly £4million of taxpayers’ money on flights and luxury hotels as a special trade envoy. Official figures show that £3,861,904 was spent in the past decade to fund the Duke’s work as a special representative for trade and investment.
