Once upon this dreary day, I sat tired and lazy, in my room I stayed,
Over many hours I wonder why I feel such bore-
While I pause, it came to me, how beautiful you’ve been to thee,
As a voice whisper gently, gently in my ear-
“I love you”, it said, softly in my ear-
I love you dear, forever more.”

Oh, how my heart blooms to know that you’ll arrive in June,
With every breath I take my love for you can no longer wait.
Keeping to myself I stayed; - seeking help to find my way
From the time I lost the way- the way to your heart-
It’s through your eyes I knew we’ll never part-
Your love was with me right from the start.
