This video was created to provide information regarding the Vogel Denise Newsome vs. First Heritage Credit matter filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”). It has been brought to our attention that EEOC Investigator Antonio Jones assigned this Charge has filed a Lawsuit in the U.S. District Court – Southern District of Mississippi – regarding ILLEGAL and/or UNLAWFUL practices that he is being subjected to because of his OPPOSITION to the EEOC’s CLOSING of “A” Case WITHOUT Investigating! We believe the Case is that of Newsome vs. First Heritage Credit and provide AUDIO regarding Voicemail Messages, etc. to support our concerns and beliefs.


What is SAD and VERY DISAPPOINTING is seeing “HOW” the United States of America’s Legal Counsel Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz has TURNED to “BLACK” Ku Klux Klan Members (as Wilma Jones-Scott and Delnar Franklin-Thomas, etc.) to THREATEN, HARASS, DISCRIMINATE, etc. against Antonio Jones for purposes of OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE, THREATENING a Witness/Investigator, etc.
