Description

Broken wings and torn flesh
Is the price the fallen angels pay
As punishment for the moments
When from goodness they do stray

When they lust or they envy
And they perform the sins of man
For from god’s eye they cannot hide
Even though high angels think they can

The Angel Archangelo was one
Who thought his action was not seen
When he walked among the mortals
That should only find him in a dream

When he took on human form
To satisfy his unheavenly lust for a girl
He was watched as he splayed her
And inside her his seed he did unfurl.

Archangelo took to the street
As the girl slept on alone in a damp bed
To return to his place upon high
When the hand of God smote his halo from his head

His back burst into violent spasm
As his wings began to reappear
Before they turned to fire on his flesh
And his punishment became so clear

He fell to the floor, scars on his back
Feeling stone tearing his knee
For human form was his to have
An angel he no longer could be

He would remain flesh and bone
As a Fallen one down on Earth
Praying for salvation every night
For a chance after death of rebirth
