If you carry the burden of sorrow
Inside your heart,
Then let it all out.

Let the tears fall from your eyes,
And let the pain flow from within you
Like the water of the mountain stream.

And let the roaming wind
Blow away the cobwebs of sadness
Which have been spun around you.

For only when all of the sorrow has gone
Shall the warm glow of the sunlight
Fill our soul with joy.

Then you shall sail like a cloud
That wanders without a care,
Across the dawning sky.
