Pain is a dark art,
That embodies the soul.
Tears are the darts,
And your heart is the hole.

The hurt is unimaginable.
The love is all but lost.
When noone surrounds you,
You weep at all costs.

It isn't easily mastered.
Hiding the pain away,
Pretending it doesn't exist,
Lying and saying you're okay.

But you do it,
Because it's all you know.
Placing the tears aside,
Never letting them show.
