For years you kept me living.
But now I’m all but gone.
Leeaving me to ask myself.
What have I done wrong.

I secong guessed myself for months.
Thinking it would bring you back.
But as the months passed.
I realized what I lacked.

I did not have the courage.
I did not have the strength.
I smiled when you hurt me.
Your greed know no length.

I trusted you more than anyone.
And loved you more than that.
All my joy has vanished.
Sorrow is now my welcome mat.
