Ally Brock - Depression

Depression is a problem all around,
it cannot be stopped from bounding.
It's like a virus being passed
and, boy, is it moving fast.

Seems like yesterday I was fine,
and now Depression is a problem of mine.
I got the tag,
but now the cat's stuck in my bag.

My Insomnia and Depression
work together, trying to stop my motion.
I sleep and bleed hoping it will go away,
yet it doesn't... but I may.

I don't know who the real 'Aly' is anymore,
life has just become a bore.
Life is just a mixture of sadness and being lonely,
I make it by but just barely.

I need someone to love me
and show me who I used to be.
I need some light
in my pool of everlasting darkness as it might.
