Bound by my will
Sacrificed by my dream
I kneel before you
Hoping some day I can repay
The bondage you have kept me in
Freedom given by way of these chains
In guise of master and slave
My soul flew
Leaving behind responsibility
Bureaucracy
Diplomacy
Pain whipping at my breast
Dissipates at the stirring in my loins
Wounds ancient in their design
Shrivel at the bruises
Shimmering in their freshness
Escaping steam in the form of morning dew
In my garden
Where thorns on roses be found
