Put an end to this pain.

God,
Put an end to my reign,
Be my salvation,
For I need saving,
Bring light into,
This dark tunnel,
This sea of voices,
I can't take,
Another,
Time to cry.

I'm on my knees,
Begging for something,
Someone to be my salvation,
Be my light.

God,
For this nation,
The nation,
Of your creation,
Has forever been,
The root of pain,
They planted and,
Nurtured,
The seeds,
Of pain,
Inside of me.

God,
How only you,
Can save me,
This burden,
Is too great,
I'm on the edge,
There's a fire inside fo me,
It's raging,
Burning, tearing at my flesh,
Flowing through my blood.

God,
Help me, put out the fire,
Help me, step into your light.
