I developed JCcomps toolbar to optimize the workflow.
This toolbar for After Effects allows to easily edit your compositions.

Here is the list of features: (Other functions are to come)
• Remove frames
• Add frames
• Add frames from cursor
• Set the composition duration at cursor
• Set the composition duration at the last layer
• Set the composition duration at the selected layer
• Set a work areao to selected layers
• Background color switch (White/Grey 1/Grey 2/Grey 3/Grey 4/Black)
• Export all texts in CSV
