Mr. Amir Farrokh Heshmatpour is the Founder and has been the Managing Director of AFH Holding & Advisory LLC since July 2003. Mr. Heshmatpour has been Principal Executive Officer, President, Principal Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer, Secretary and Director for AFH Acquisition XII, Inc. since October 18,2007. Mr. Heshmatpour has led AFH through numerous successful transactions both in the United States and China. He is also an Associate Partner at Blackhawk Partners, Inc. He also serves as a Member of Special Advisors Team at AFH is one of its key advisors leading the efforts in the Asian markets. He has been President and Secretary of AFH Holding VII, Inc. since April 16, 2007 and serves as its Principal Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. He serves as the Principal Executive Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and Principal Financial Officer of AFH Holding IV, Inc. and has been its its President and Secretary since April 16, 2007.

Mr. Heshmatpour was recognized as “Businessman of the Year“ by the National Republican Congressional Committee in 2003 and served as the Head of the Republican Congressional Business Advisory for the year. He received a B.A. from Pennsylvania State University in 1988. AFH Acquisition XI, Inc.
