Advertising for real estate in particular is very competitive. Realtors always use printed flyers as a staple in their marketing arsenal. However, given the sales conversions, it may be time to look at some alternatives.

Moving your flyers from print to online has some strategic advantages. Digital flyers have the same geographic targeting abilities, and much more. You can further target your reach by, interest groups, age, sex, etc.. Digital flyers also carry the advantage of hitting your market while they are interested. Since they are online, they are certainly interested in something. It's not likely that they have real estate specifically on the mind. However, they are focused on the screen and they are engaged with the information displayed in front of them. This fact alone will drive up interest.
