Adam Folker System Vert Shock Review

This is the story of a guy named Phil Clarke who was struggling with his vertical jump for many years. Phil was unable to attain a vertical of jump higher than 30 inches despite all of his training regimes and efforts.

This system was developed by two very distinctive people in the field of vertical jumping; Adam Folker and Justin Darlington (who's also knows as Justin Jus Fly in the basketball scene). The two have teamed up together to create a training system called the Folker System, and on the principles of this system they released the advanced vertical jump program we now know as Vert Shock.

Vert Shock relies on advanced methods and techniques to increase ones vertical jump. The advanced formulas it offers are currently being utilized by the top coaches and athletes around the world. This is another story that illustrates the impact of this program.
