About the cat that fell from the sky

A Ukrainian animation about a mother cat that goes off to find milk for her kittens, but in the process a car almost hits and as she's running away she starts flying and ends up in egypt where she starts raving. I guess it's supposed to be about the Ukrainian working class. I have no idea. I honestly think that she was hit by the car and the party was to help her cope until she died :vvvvvv. Obviously I don't own the animation.
