About Katie Kahanovitz

Katie Kahanovitz is a seasoned real estate professional with a distinguished career. She began at Bold New York, specializing in advisory and leasing for new developments and value-added repositions. As a former RLS Board Member for REBNY (2015-2017), she played a key role in shaping NYC’s new RLS. Katie has led 21 lease-ups and value-add projects, including work with Slate, Stone Street Properties, Benchmark, and Moinian. At Compass, she managed leasing for up to 5,000 units. She later co-founded Prism Property Group in West Palm Beach, providing expert leasing consultancy across multiple states.
