He currently serves as an adjunct professor of psychology while advising institutions on trauma-informed practices and restorative approaches. Dr. Cerullo holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Public Policy and has spent decades shaping K–12 and higher education systems. He is the founder of TeachAntiBullying.org, a national nonprofit dedicated to addressing bullying and harassment through research-based interventions.
