7Shadows Teed - Demon eye

I cover this eye to hide it form the world.
For when they look into it,
They see the window to my mind.

Its not like most people think,
Where I want to hide something,
But then again it might be.

I can't stand people to be able to look at me and be able to tell everything about me.
Is that why this eye stays covered?
I don't like people knowing my past,
Not like it’s all bad.
Just then they would know everything about me.

To have someone know that would be like losing my freedom.
To have someone tell me everything I have been through from my birth to now, is what scares me more then the world.

They would know my weaknesses and strengths.
They would know my believes and nightmares.
They would know everything about me.

I cover this eyes cause I feel I have to.
For in one eye the mind is caring,
The one that is uncovered.
For in the other is the mind of a demon,
Of which is covered.

To have someone look into that eye and see everything would be hell for me.
For then my freedom would be taken away.
They would know how to chain me down and keep me there.
I cover this eye because I have to,
I see that now.
