Step 1: Find and remove the screws, if no screws, skip this step.
Step 2: Using a plastic opening tool to take the back cover apart.
********Note: After the back cover is separated, watch out for the speaker on the rear panel, power button and volume button, don't lost.
Step 3: Find the correct touch screen and test before installing.
Step 4: Remove the cracked touch screen.
********Remove touch screen from the plastic housing, using the pry tool to open carefully.
********Note: Carefully wedge the pry tool into the easiest entry point you can find between the screen and the frame.
Step 5: Clean.
Step 6: Install the new touch screen.
Step 7: Test again and reassemble your device.
