The basic concept of 7 hrs. is: "How much long can you last if you were left alone in this world" That is everyone else just vanished.
Sounds strange. There is no one to kill you, you cannot meet with a road accident, you have got everything in this world just for you. Then why is there a question of survival. But then comes the "loneliness" part.
