Creator's Note: As the original descriptions this video was a tag video from SardonicSkeptic. In his video, he put on clown makeup and did an impersonation of Heath Ledger's Joker and encouraged all he tagged to do it as a supervillain. Since I didn't have much on hand for that, I created my own using an old Halloween mask. Introducing Merciless Vladimir.
