EJ arrives at Samantha's door early in the day to give her the annulment papers she's been asking for. (Poor Alison has been really sick for the last couple of days and it shows! It comes across as exhaustion from taking care of the twins by herself.) The registered letter falls out of EJ's pocket and Sami pressures him into opening it. It's notification that his visa has expired.
