"4월 서울 아파트 매매 32% 감소"

서울 지역 아파트 매매가 두 달 연속 크게 위축된 것으로 나타났습니다.

서울부동산정보광장에 따르면 지난 4월 서울 아파트 매매 신고 건수는 3,008건으로, 4,400여건이었던 3월과 비교해 32% 줄었습니다.

3월에는 서울 아파트 거래량이 전달의 절반 수준으로 급감했습니다.

최근 양도소득세 중과나 종합부동산세 등 보유세를 피하려는 급매물이 소진된 뒤 아파트 값이 올라 거래가 위축된 것으로 풀이됩니다.
