3rd CELAC Summit ends in Costa Rica

The 3rd Summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) held in Costa Rica has just concluded. The meeting focused on eradicating extreme poverty and hunger, for which a 10-year Action Plan was adopted by the 33 member countries to resolve these problems. teleSUR
