New Dimensions: 3D Time Lapse Commissions
Spitalfields, Friday 24th - Thursday 30th April, 10am - 10pm

East End Film Festival is pleased to present five specially commissioned 3D moving image artworks, screening daily from 10am to 10pm in Spitalfields Market. The films, created by local artists Brian McClave and Gavin Peacock, present a never-before-seen view of East London, shot using the time-lapse film method in which a whole day’s activity is compressed into several minutes… in 3D. Five acclaimed composers will create soundtracks to accompany each film. The 3D short films will be presented in a viewing booth in Spitalfields Market, so come down and marvel at these unique films which play with time, space and sound to create a whole new way of experiencing the city.
The exhibition is supported by Spitalf1elds, Inition – Everything in 3D, Arts Council England and Site-Eye Time Lapse Films.
