Description
To create a 3D donut chart in Excel, first, select your data and go to the Insert tab, then choose the Pie Chart option. Next, click on the 3D Pie Chart icon and select the donut chart style. Alternatively, you can find the 3D pie chart under the Insert tab in the Charts section. Excel does indeed support 3D charts, including donut charts. Additionally, you can insert 3D models into Excel by clicking on the Insert tab, then choosing 3D Models and selecting the desired file. As for using 3D functions in Excel, they are available under the Formulas tab, where you can explore various functions for 3D calculations and data manipulation.

1) Insert ~ Illustrations ~ Shapes
2) Basic Shapes ~ Circle - Hollow
3) Hold Shift and drag release left mouse
Convert to 3D Shape
1) Right-click on doughnut
2) Format shape...
3) Fill & Line
Fill color = Green
Line = None
4) Effect
6) 3-D Format
7) Top bevel to Round
Width: 42 pt
Height: 42 pt
8) 3-D Rotation
X Rotation: 340
Y Rotation: 328
Z Rotation: 33
Ratio Pie
1) Select dataset
2) Insert ~ 2-D Pie ~ Pie
3) Remove Chart title.
4) Remove Chart legend
Overlay Ratio Pie
1) Resize the pie chart so that is it is larger than the 3d doughnut
2) Select both 3d doughnut and pie chart
3) Shape Format ~ Arrange ~ Align ~ Align Center
4) Shape Format ~ Arrange ~ Align ~ Align Middle
Bring Together
1) Right-click ~ Format Chart Area...
2) Fill & Line
Fill color = No fill
Border = No line
3) Select pie chart
Border = No line
4) Select blue pie
Fill color = No fill
5) Select last pipe chart
Fill color to white
Transparency to 20%
