1996 Jason 199

"It's your turn; I need a friend."
Jason goes to Carly's to use her phone to call Robin and let her know about Sonny.

Carly and Jason talk about Robin and then about Bobbie and her problems with Carly and Tony being together. They decide they like one another and are goofing around when Tony walks in on them and seems upset. Jason leaves.

"I was pretty wrecked when I showed up here."

"Jax's dead wife sends her regards."
Jason brings Sonny some clothes to wear home from the hospital. Sonny sends him to find a woman he believes is involved in the drugging, and to cover a meeting. They speculate on who is behind drugging Sonny.

Sonny, Jason, Mike, and Joseph buy a Christmas tree for Sonny's penthouse. The lot owner and his wife are expecting a baby and she needs to go to the hospital. Sonny has Mike and Jason take them in his car while he and Joseph stay and sell Christmas trees for the couple. The lot owners think all four men are gay.

"...two weeks it'd go up like a torch."
"I don't know how to fix it."
Jason goes to see Carly and she has a gift for him. They make plans to do something tomorrow (Christmas). He goes to see Lila, who is delighted to see him, and she asks him to repair a damaged ornament: a paper dove he'd made as a child. She explains to him why it's important for Monica to have the dove on the tree.

"I'll be the guy who can't think of anything to say."
Jason calls Robin at midnight and they talk. He worries that she's not eating right and may be losing weight. She says she is fine but is sick of being the HIV poster girl.

"As far as I'm concerned, I was born on January 19th."
AJ comes to Luke's and tries to get Jason to go to the Quartermaine's for New Year's Eve. Jason says it's not him AJ's inviting and that going won't help. AJ gives up and leaves. Jason plays a game of pool with Gina.
